Chad Vesper is the President of one of the most innovative lobbying, government affairs and political strategy firms, The Vesper Group.

With over 16 years experience in the field of technology, Chad Vesper has secured over $60 million dollars in successful public sector technology sales campaigns. His expertise and knowledge of government markets and trends were vital to these campaigns.  These project successes include: OneNet’s National LambdaRail Optical Network, Oklahoma Tax Commission’s TagNET, Oklahoma National Guard’s IP/Telephony System, Dept. of Corrections IP/Telephony System and many other state agency projects. 

Most recently Chad spent 8 years with Cisco Systems where he managed the Oklahoma government affairs and sales efforts.  He developed and grew executive level relationships throughout Oklahoma’s legislature, state agencies, and higher educational institutions. Using these relationships, Chad was able to articulate Cisco’s product and business strategies to create the demand for some of the largest IT purchases within the state.  Other employment experience in the technology field includes the Parametric Technology Corp. and DataTimes.

Raised in Oklahoma City, Chad graduated with a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1991.  He and his wife, Susie, live in Oklahoma City with their two children, Jack and Kate.
